The Eiroa PCA Exclusive 2023 cigar is available only to retailers who attended the Premium Cigar Association (PCA) annual trade show, which Neptune Cigars is a proud member of. This is a limited-edition cigar, only 150 boxes of 20 cigars per box were made.
